First, you cannot because necessary elements such as sodium, potassium, etc. do not have carbon, thus are not organic. Every human affects the world in some manner, so no one can leave no mark on it.

You need to have a real good background in Sustainable Organic Farming practices to feed yourself. You should then get an understanding of how to use your environment to support the bulk of your other needs, as in clothing and housing yourself. It is a step back 300 years with the ability to think with an education of the year 2007. There are other people out there in different stages of doing that. They spin cloth, harvest wood and grow their food, frequently making additional $$ at it to puchase some of the hard to find items. Can't build a TV from sticks and rocks but you can run it with wind and water power....Yes?

you might want to try living with wolves in the wild and eating what they eat --though they might eat you if they feel it is necessary
